• Bring a mat, 2-3 blankets (2 to lie on, 1 to cover up) and any props you'd like; blocks, bolster, eye cover, pillow etc.

• Dress in comfortable, warm layers: socks, long sleeves etc.

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time. Doors open at 7:00pm, class begins promptly at 7:15pm

• Plenty of street parking available.
